Buying Property in Bulgaria
After we register your company, we will buy for you the property you have chosen. From this moment you will be the only 100% FREEHOLD owner of the property. The whole procedure from the reservation to signing the final deeds for the real estate takes less than 30 days. For our help and assistance we charge you 3 % from the price of the property (but at least 500 euro). The governmental and notary fees vary according to the price of the property, but usually come up to 7% from the price in the deeds.

Bulgarian FM to Participate in OSCE Forum

Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy will attend an Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) conference in Spain on anti-Semitism and other kinds of ethnic intolerance.
The forum will take place on June 8 and 9 in the town of Cordoba, where Passy will also meet his Spanish counterpart, Miguel Angel Moratinos, to discuss the relations between Bulgaria and Spain.
The two ministers will exchange views on the process of ratifying the European Constitution and the European integration. They will also sign a memorandum for cooperation between the Bulgarian and the Spanish Foreign Ministries and a three-year program for government collaboration in the sphere of education and culture.
The OSCE conference includes topics such as the fight against discrimination and intolerance in the OSCE zone, the function of governments, civic societies and media in promoting tolerance and overcoming existing prejudices, etc.
Passy will end his visit meeting the Bulgarian communities in the Spanish towns of Marbella and Malaga. |
