Brazil Eyes Bulgaria for NATO's Meat Delivery Centre
|
Brazil's major meat producer is interested in turning Bulgaria into a centre for delivering meat and meat goods for the needs of NATO.
The news was announced at one of the meetings of the Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Lidia Shuleva with Brazilian businessmen within the official visit of the Bulgarian delegation, headed by the President Georgi Parvanov.
Our country was chosen among many others due to country's favorable economic conditions, and also due to being a NATO member, and future EU member, said Lidia Shuleva.
Bulgaria is to export to Brazil 50,000 tones of ammonium nitrate and railings by May this year. The two countries will also look for cooperation opportunities in shoe and bag industry. |
