Tetra Pak Expands Business in Bulgaria
|
Leading packaging company Tetra Pak is expanding its operations in Bulgaria, it emerged Thursday as the company opened its new office in Sofia.
The ceremony at multifunctional high-tech Business Park Sofia marked the tenth anniversary since the company stepped on the local market and brought together clients and partners.
"The new office building proves the company's success here over the last ten years," said Cezary Mikulski, Manager of Tetra Pak Bulgaria.
In his words Bulgaria's standards in the food and food processing industry are being gradually aligned with the Europeans.
Over the last three years Tetra Pak Bulgaria doubled its supplies of packaging machines and now offers diverse technical service to clients within the food industry.
The company is among the eighteen shareholders which established the EcoPack Bulgaria in March last year in a bid to create an effective joint system for package recycling.
Tetra Pak develops and manufactures the equipment for processing, packaging and distribution of liquid food. It produces packaging material at 63 plants and has 77 market companies around the world. |
